Home

I was blessed to grow up in a Christian home with parents who taught me what it meant to follow Christ from an early age. In high school, I was discipled by a deacon in my church who had a passion for seeing students grow to be more like Christ. I felt God calling me towards ministry and more specifically to worship ministry in my early years of college.

Family

In 2010, I married the love of my life, Kori. Since then God has taught me a lot about what it means to love and be selfless like Christ. My selfishness and pride only became more evident with the births of our four children. God is continually refining me through the fire of his Word.  I love to see how God uses the events in our lives to mold us and shape us into who He wants us to be.

Calling

I have a deep passion for leading people in worship and teaching others about what it means to truly worship. Below is the definition of worship that God has been crafting in me over the past several years.

Definition of Worship

Worship is a choice we make every moment of every day. We are constantly worshipping something. We can choose to worship something of this world, or we can choose to worship the only one who is truly worthy of our worship, our God—the Creator, Sustainer, and Savior of the world. Corporate worship is the body of Christ coming together to collectively lift our gaze from the temporary world around us to behold and delight in the one true and eternal God (Father, Son, and Spirit).

I pray that God would continue to build His Church here at Clairmont and that we would be a people who live lives of worship so that the world would see and would give glory to God.
